I met Katie at True North during her amazing cooking demos. I cook the recipes all the time at home for my family. The classes were fun, recipes simple but delicious, and most importantly you don’t have to worry about portion size, because they are so healthy, and yet you don’t even notice!
Katie is a wonderful teacher – her classes are informative, interesting and the food tastes good! I’ve been stretching to make fat free appetizing, and yet I went back for thirds or fourths on the African Yam Stew and the Banana Blueberry Bars – yum!!
